This program is designed specifically for sensitive, soulful, over-functioning, big-loving women who experience the negative effects of overthinking and reactivity to others.

• 1 x live group coaching session per week for four weeks starting Tues July 19 – Tues Aug 9. Calls will be from 7.30pm – 9.00pm. If you can’t attend live you’ll be able to email a question / scenario for coaching. All sessions will be recorded and sent to you.
