Over 8 weeks you will:
• restore your body with awareness and intelligence
• strengthen your spine and tone your pelvic floor
• learn techniques for staying centered and balanced
• explore nourishing yourself from within and how to incorporate self-care into your daily life
• bond with your baby
• connect with likeminded mums
Bring a blanket for your bub and anything else you may need to settle them.

I’m a mother of two girls and have specific training in prenatal and postnatal yoga. I’m passionate about women’s health and wellbeing, mindful mothering and creating a community of happy, empowered women and families.
